This opportunity is with VivaZen, an Elevation Capital portfolio company. This position is being posted on VivaZen’s behalf by Elevation Capital/Resilient Management.
Build Your Market. Own Your Success.
Help us shape the future of plant-powered wellness.
Vivazen creates plant-powered products featuring kratom and kava for consumers seeking effective alternatives. Our products are already available in more than 70,000 retail locations nationwide and we are just getting started!
We are expanding into new markets, opening new retail channels, and developing new product categories. To accelerate that growth, we are looking for ambitious people who want more than an ordinary job. Vivazen is a small, fast-moving company where strong performers are trusted, ideas can quickly become action, and individual contributions make a visible difference. If you are energized by growth, motivated by results, and excited by the opportunity to help build what comes next, we would like to meet you.
We are looking for entrepreneurial 1099 sales professionals who know how to open doors, build lasting customer relationships, and turn opportunity into revenue.
This is an opportunity for self-directed salespeople who value independence and want their earning potential to reflect the results they create. You will represent an established brand with significant national retail distribution while helping Vivazen expand into new accounts, channels, and territories.
You will have the freedom to develop your market, manage your relationships, and build a meaningful book of business with support from a company that moves quickly and wants its sales partners to win.
Vivazen products can already be found in more than 70,000 retailers across the country. You are not starting with an unknown concept, you are building from an established foundation with substantial growth potential.
We believe results should be rewarded. Our independent sales opportunities are designed for motivated producers who want to increase their income by expanding distribution, developing accounts, and driving sales.
Take ownership of your territory and determine how you create momentum. We value initiative, resourcefulness, and sales professionals who know their customers and markets.
Represent plant-powered products in a rapidly evolving wellness category and help retailers respond to growing consumer interest in alternative solutions.
We are not weighed down by layers of bureaucracy. You will work with a responsive, entrepreneurial organization that can recognize opportunities and act quickly.
At Vivazen, your work will be visible. The relationships you create and the markets you develop will directly contribute to the company’s next stage of growth.
You identify untapped opportunities, consistently open qualified accounts, and grow productive relationships over time. You understand that great sales performance is not simply about closing an initial order, it is about earning trust, supporting sell-through, creating repeat business, and building a territory with lasting value.
You bring market intelligence back to the business, helping us understand what customers want, where opportunities are emerging, and how Vivazen can continue improving.
Most importantly, you take ownership. You do not wait to be managed, you create momentum!
Sales is central to our expansion, but growth requires exceptional people across the business. We also seek talented professionals in operations, marketing, and other commercial functions who are ready to solve problems, improve how we work, and help us enter new categories.
Whether you build customer relationships, strengthen our operating capabilities, or bring our brand to life, you will be joining a company where your contribution matters.
If you want the freedom to perform, the opportunity to shape a growing market, and a company that recognizes people who deliver, explore our current opportunities.
Bring your ambition. Build your market. Grow with Vivazen.
Independent sales roles are 1099 contractor opportunities. Compensation, territory availability, responsibilities, and eligibility requirements vary by position and will be detailed during the selection process.
