Territory Sales Manager

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and distribution growth across Kottayam and Pathanamthitta . The TSM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, managing distributors, developing retail presence, and leading the sales team within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for Kottayam & Pathanamthitta.
• Manage distributors and strengthen market relationships.
• Expand outlet coverage and product distribution.
• Monitor sales, stock, collections, and market performance.
• Drive schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities.
• Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities.
• Lead and motivate the field sales team.
• Prepare sales reports and ensure timely target achievement.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.

• 6–10 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Prior experience as a Territory Sales Manager / Sales Officer / Team lead or similar field-sales team leader role preferred.
• Experience handling distributors and a sales team will be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong knowledge of the Kottayam and Pathanamthitta markets will be preferred.
