Leads the dedicated Terminal Operations Centre cover, ensuring the TOC systems and
displays are supported at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise dedicated TOC cover on every shift and support QROC activities.
- Monitor TOC systems, video walls and displays; give TOC faults priority response.
- Coordinate with the TOC operations team and MATAR.
- Escalate TOC-affecting incidents immediately.
- Maintain TOC operational logs and handover.
Requirements
Qualifications & certifications
- Diploma/degree in IT/engineering.
- ITIL Foundation.
- AV/video-wall and monitoring familiarity.
Experience: Five or more years in an operations-centre or NOC environment, with supervisory experience.

- Composure.
