Our client is a prominent leading commercial group operating in Qatar. The company is seeking an experienced analytical and results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to lead overall trade marketing strategies brand activations promotional planning and budget allocation to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility across key retail channels. The role reports directly to the General Manager and will work closely with Sales Operations and Finance teams.

Key Focus Areas

• Developing and executing trade marketing strategies that align with business goals and boost brand presence
• Designing planning and executing trade promotions experiential marketing and merchandising strategies
• Managing the trade marketing budget controlling spend and evaluating campaign ROI
• Managing relationships with key retailers distributors and external partners
• Analyzing market trends competitor insights and sales data to optimize product positioning and promotional tactics

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Marketing Strategy amp Activation Develop and implement end-to-end trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence Analyze market dynamics consumer insights and competitor activities to adjust trade initiatives
• Promotional Planning amp Execution Design and drive effective trade promotions and merchandising tactics to maximize product sell-through Establish KPIs to measure promotion success track sales performance and continuously refine strategies
• Sales Collaboration amp Channel Alignment Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure trade marketing goals align with commercial objectives Equip and train the sales team with necessary support tools POS materials and promotional guidelines
• Budget amp Financial Management Oversee the allocation of the trade marketing budget ensuring cost effectiveness and high ROI Monitor promotional spending track campaign profitability and report performance to senior leadership
• Relationship Management amp Market Insights Build and maintain solid partnerships with key retailers channels and trade partners across Qatar Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify new channel opportunities and enhance distribution efficiency

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive trade marketing brand activation or commercial marketing experience within the FMCG Beverage sector
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar market landscape trade dynamics and retail distribution channels
• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a relevant commercial discipline
• MBA is preferred
• Strong expertise in Trade promotion planning execution and ROI analysis
• Trade marketing budget management and financial control
• FMCG distribution dynamics and trade partner negotiations
• Data analytics market reporting and MS Office Suite
• Native-level Arabic and fluent English language skills are mandatory
• Based in or willing to relocate to Doha Qatar
