A leading AmLaw Global 100 law firm is looking for a Trademark Associate to join its nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice in Washington, D.C. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with strong U.S. trademark experience to work with sophisticated domestic and international clients on brand protection and portfolio management matters.
What You'll Work On
- U.S. trademark prosecution, clearance, and portfolio management.
- Trademark enforcement, cease-and-desist matters, and TTAB proceedings.
- Trademark clearance searches and risk-based opinions.
- Advising clients on trademark strategy, registrability, and global brand protection.
They are looking for:
- 5β7 years of U.S. trademark experience in a law firm.
- Strong experience with trademark prosecution, clearance, and TTAB matters.
- Excellent drafting, research, analytical, and client management skills.
- Admission to a U.S. state bar with the ability to waive into the D.C. Bar.
