This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys transactional work and is interested in developing deeper experience in executive compensation, employment agreements, and complex business arrangements . Prior employment or executive compensation experience is preferred, but not required. The firm is open to attorneys with strong transactional backgrounds who are interested in expanding into this specialized area.
The practice represents executives, professionals, management teams, and businesses in sophisticated matters involving employment relationships, compensation arrangements, equity-based compensation, partnership arrangements, restrictive covenants, and related business transactions.
