What the job involves
- Leading the enhancement and automation of budgeting forecasting and financial performance
- Designing and implementing dashboards and reporting solutions
- Identifying and delivering process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
- Supporting the development and optimisation of the Audit Management System
- Driving the adoption of AI automation and analytics initiatives
- Partnering with stakeholders across audit finance and technology to embed sustainable data governance and reporting practices
- Contributing to broader strategic initiatives
Who we are looking for
- Proven experience in process redesign automation or business transformation ideally within audit or finance Experience working within investment management would be advantageous
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in financial analysis performance reporting or management information
- Experience developing dashboards or working with BI and reporting tools
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical scalable and well-controlled solutions
- Exposure to audit systems or GRC platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Professional qualification in Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous
