Tutor for English Language Learners - Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to work with our diverse group of English language learners in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing tailored lessons and support to students of various nationalities, including Egyptian and Nepali.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Requirements
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience required
- Ability to work with students of different nationalities and backgrounds
- Must have your own visa/ability to obtain a visa in Qatar
- Accommodation provided by the company
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on student needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one instruction to improve students' speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in English
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Prepare materials and resources for lessons as needed
- Collaborate with other tutors/teachers to create a supportive learning environment for students
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- TEFL/TESOL certification is an asset
- Experience working with international students preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
