As a UAEN Associate Director - Analyst, you will be responsible for...

Attraction Performance Analysis:

• Analysing the performance of each attraction, including revenue, throughput, and utilization.
• Identifying top-performing and underperforming rides.
• Evaluating pricing against demand to identify underpriced or overpriced attractions.
• Recommending pricing adjustments and promotional strategies.

Queue & Capacity Optimization:

• Monitoring and analysing queue lengths and wait times.
• Identifying bottlenecks and proposing operational improvements.
• Collaborating with operations teams to improve guest flow and ride capacity utilization.
• Supporting the implementation of queue management strategies, such as fast track.

Revenue & Pricing Strategy:

• Assessing the effectiveness of the pay-per-ride pricing model.
• Conducting elasticity analysis to determine optimal pricing.
• Identifying opportunities to increase per capita spend.
• Supporting dynamic pricing or bundling strategies, where applicable.

Partner (Revenue Share) Performance:

• Analysing the performance of partner attraction kiosks and outlets.
• Evaluating revenue per location, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
• Identifying best-performing and underperforming attractions.
• Recommending pricing and placement strategies.

Budgeting and Business Planning:

• Supporting the team in developing ORB’s business plan strategy, ensuring alignment with the group shareholder mandate and integration with the operational arms.
• Managing the overall consolidation and preparation of ORB’s business plan presentation.
• Reviewing the operational and commercial sustainability of business plan assumptions and financial parameters.
• Challenging relevant reports to ensure comprehensive analysis of results.
• Delivering high-quality financial planning and analysis deliverables.

What you already have...

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance (MBA preferred) or related field
• 7+ years of relevant and managerial experience in business analysis and Planning with a large organization. Media and/or leisure & entertainment experience preferred.
