We are urgently hiring a Handyman who can communicate in English and is of Malayalee nationality to join our team in Sharjah
This role does not require prior experience or accommodation as it is a live-out position
The successful candidate must have their own valid visa and be available to start immediately
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct routine inspections and identify any issues or damages
- Install repair and maintain various systems such as plumbing electrical HVAC etc
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and guidelines
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Requirements
- Fluent in English with Malayalee nationality preferred
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Physically fit with good dexterity for tasks that may require manual labor
- Valid own visa and able to start immediately
Salary 1100$ per month
