We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role will coordinate contractors, consultants, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to approved plans and specifications.
The Construction Project Manager will conduct regular site visits, monitor construction progress, coordinate inspections, identify and resolve issues, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, costs, and resources.
- Review construction plans, drawings, contracts, and specifications.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project partners.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve deficiencies and field issues.
- Track labor, equipment, and material costs.
- Review invoices and manage change orders.
- Monitor quality and schedule performance.
- Ensure materials and equipment are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain daily field reports and project documentation.
- Identify and address project risks.
- Support safety and regulatory compliance.
- Manage punch lists and project closeout.
- Coordinate final inspections and required documentation.
- Communicate project updates and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of construction, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
