VEHICLE SERVICE ADVISOR | Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
Company: GrandFit Car Care (Grand Fit for Maintenance and General Repair of Vehicles Garage LLC)
Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-time | Immediate Joining
Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month
Benefits: Company visa + medical insurance
Responsibilities
- Receive customers and understand vehicle complaints
- Inspect vehicles along with technicians
- Open job cards and prepare repair estimates
- Get customer approvals and give regular job updates
- Coordinate with workshop team and parts suppliers
- Handle insurance claim jobs and documentation
- Explain completed work to customers at vehicle delivery
- Follow up with customers after service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Service Advisor in a UAE garage or dealership
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic / Hindi / Malayalam an advantage)
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Computer knowledge (job card / billing systems)
- UAE driving licence – added advantage
