Demonstrated experience as a Vendor & Local Inspection Coordinator, managing over 50 active work orders concurrently across multiple projects.
Strong background in vendor inspection, manufacturing inspection,expediting, and site inspection coordination for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Energy projects.
Proven ability to coordinate inspections across multiple global regions, working closely with manufacturers, inspection agencies, and clients.
Familiar with inspection activities related to pressure vessels, piping, valves, tanks, structural steel, as well as FAT, SAT, and pre-shipment inspections.
Full understanding of contract scope, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Quality Plans, and Purchase Order requirements.
Ensures inspection activities are executed strictlyin accordance withapproved documents and contractual obligations.
Skilled in reviewing inspection reports for technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved ITPs, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Ensuresall inspection documentation is corrected, approved, and transmitted to the client promptly.
Strong attention to detail to prevent non-conformities, commercial disputes, or client complaints.
Excellent English communication skills across listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Strong computer literacy, including MS Office, reporting systems, and document control platforms.
Proven ability to work under pressure, manage tight schedules, and support fast-track Oil & Gas projects.
Exceptional coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.
Professional interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring project continuity and protecting technical and commercial interests.
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience.
