- Drive Snoomart's customer acquisition funnel, including paid media, referral, and retention programmes
- Partner with the Product and Operations teams to improve the Snoomart in-app experience, category merchandising, and delivery promise communication
- Identify and action opportunities to expand Snoomart's assortment, coverage, and speed-of-delivery narrative in marketing
Data, Performance & Reporting

- Leverage customer insights, basket analysis, and market intelligence to inform campaign planning and creative direction
- Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership with clear recommendations and a test-and-learn roadmap
- Manage the marketing team's day-to-day delivery, ensuring excellence in execution and on-time delivery
Bonus Points
If You Have Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 4-6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on grocery retail, FMCG, or Q-commerce / on-demand delivery
