General Manager – Stainless Steel Fabrication
Our client is expanding its manufacturing footprint with a new stainless steel fabrication operation in Waco, TX , and we are looking for an experienced General Manager to help build, launch, and lead the facility.
This is not simply a plant management role. The GM will have responsibility for the overall performance of the operation, including P&L ownership, manufacturing, safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and people leadership , while also playing a key role in developing the new facility into a best-in-class stainless steel fabrication shop .
The GM will help shape the operation as it grows, supporting decisions around plant layout, equipment, processes, staffing, production flow, operating standards, and future capacity.
