As Vice President of PR and Communications you will lead and oversee the entire corporate communications function. You will craft and implement comprehensive internal and external communications strategies, drive high-impact thought leadership, and direct social media, copywriting and media relations efforts. Working alongside senior leadership and executive teams, you will safeguard brand reputation, align key messaging and elevate global visibility.

Discover the Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overarching internal and external communications strategies that align with broader business and destination objectives.
• Oversee day to day operations across external PR, internal employee communications, social media channels and content creation.
• Build and maintain messaging architectures, content mixes and official spokespeople matrices for senior executives.
• Drive global thought leadership initiatives including op eds, feature stories, white papers, speeches and industry commentaries.
• Establish strong media relations with leading publications and outlets across local, regional and international markets.
• Guide, mentor and direct internal communications managers, social media teams, copywriters and external agencies.
• Establish performance key performance metrics and use web analytics tools to continuously audit and refine campaign reach and engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all corporate documentation, presentations, press releases and digital channels.

Discover the Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of progressive marketing communications experience, including at least 4 years in a management role within a major organisation.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in content creation, media outreach, and strategic messaging across global and regional markets.
• Strong capability in web analytics and data driven campaign performance tracking.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in Arabic preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to advise executive leadership, build key stakeholder partnerships, and lead high performing creative teams.
