We are expanding our Visa & Immigration Operations team and are looking for candidates with practical experience in visa processing, immigration documentation, travel documentation, study abroad processing, or visa operations.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Visa Processing Executive / Immigration Process Specialist to manage and support end-to-end visa application processing.
If you currently work, or have previously worked, with a visa and immigration consultancy, travel agency, study abroad consultancy, overseas education company, immigration firm, or visa processing organization, we would like to hear from you.
The candidate will work directly with applicants and internal teams to collect documents, review applications, complete forms, schedule appointments, submit applications, track cases, and keep customers informed throughout their visa journey.
You don't need experience with every country or visa category. Candidates with strong hands-on processing experience for one or more major destinations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle visa applications from initial documentation through submission and tracking.
Communicate with applicants regarding visa requirements and documentation.
Collect and review passports, photographs, financial documents, employment documents, travel documents, invitation letters, and other supporting documents.
Identify missing, incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent information before application submission.
Complete and review online visa application forms.
Prepare visa documentation and application files according to applicable requirements.
Upload documents and submit applications through relevant online portals.
Schedule biometric, VFS, embassy, consulate, and visa center appointments where applicable.
Coordinate with applicants for additional documents or clarification.
Track submitted applications and keep case statuses updated.
Keep applicants informed regarding application progress and next steps.
Coordinate with VFS, BLS, TLScontact, embassies, consulates, and other visa processing centers where required.
Maintain accurate customer and application records.
Ensure applications are processed within expected timelines.
Stay updated with changes in visa requirements and application procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of passport, financial, identity, and other applicant information.
Support internal teams in improving visa-processing workflows and SOPs.

Experience processing any of the following visa categories is relevant:

Candidates do not need experience across all categories.

Country Experience

Candidates with processing experience for one or more of the following destinations are encouraged to apply:

Multi-country processing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in Visa Processing / Immigration Operations / Travel Documentation / Study Abroad Processing.
Understanding of visa documentation and application procedures.
Experience collecting and reviewing applicant documents.
Ability to complete and manage online visa applications.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and online portals.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to take ownership of assigned visa cases from documentation through completion.

Good to Have

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage but is not mandatory :

Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant experience in Visa Processing, Immigration Operations, Travel Operations, Study Abroad Processing, Overseas Education, or International Documentation.
Candidates currently working as a Visa Executive, Visa Processing Executive, Immigration Executive, Immigration Consultant, Documentation Executive, Visa Officer, Visa Counselor, Travel Consultant, or Case Processing Executive are encouraged to apply.
A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and customer-handling abilities.
