About the Position About the Role

Blue Salon is looking for a creative detail-oriented and highly organized Visual Merchandising Coordinator to support the execution and maintenance of visual merchandising standards across our luxury perfume retail environment The role will be responsible for coordinating visual merchandising activities ensuring premium brand presentation supporting product launches and promotional campaigns and maintaining a consistent luxury shopping experience across the store

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of visual merchandising standards and guidelines across the luxury perfume retail environment
• Ensure product displays fixtures promotional materials testers and brand assets are presented according to established VM guidelines
• Support the execution of new product launches seasonal campaigns brand activations and promotional events
• Coordinate with retail teams store management suppliers and brand representatives to ensure timely VM execution
• Conduct regular store visits and VM checks to ensure displays are maintained to the required standards
• Monitor product presentation stock visibility tester placement signage pricing and promotional communication
• Assist with the preparation and installation of window displays in-store displays gondolas counters and promotional areas
• Maintain VM calendars guidelines floor plans display schedules and related documentation
• Coordinate the delivery installation movement and storage of VM materials and display elements
• Take and maintain photographic records of displays for reporting and compliance purposes
• Support the VM team with store openings refurbishments events and special brand projects
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure VM materials and installations are delivered according to agreed specifications and timelines
• Monitor competitor and market trends in luxury beauty fragrance and retail visual merchandising and share relevant observations with the team
• Ensure all VM activities are completed within agreed timelines and budgets
• Support other visual merchandising and retail projects as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail, Marketing, Interior Design or a related field.
• 2 4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or department stores.
• Experience working with luxury brands or premium retail environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, retail presentation, and customer experience.
• Good organizational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store teams, suppliers, and brand partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising or design software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
