You will own new enterprise revenue and expansion within named accounts. This is a player-coach role: you will close deals yourself at the start, then build and lead the team as we scale. We want a former entrepreneur who has sold deep tech into large, process-heavy enterprises and knows how to get technology and business stakeholders to agree on the same deal.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise sales number: pipeline, forecast, quota, and closed revenue
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting to signed contract
- Work hand in hand with pre-sales and solutions teams on discovery, demos, POCs, and proposals
- Convert pilots into production deployments and multi-year engagements
- Build executive relationships on both the technology side (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering) and the business side (operations, finance, risk, plant and function heads)
- Build the business case and ROI narrative with the customer's business owners
- Hire, coach, and manage account executives and SDRs
- Establish repeatable sales processes, playbooks, qualification standards, and metrics
- Work with the founders on ICP, pricing, and deal strategy
What We're Looking For
- Former founder or co-founder, or an early commercial leader at a startup, who has personally carried revenue
- 10–15+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in deep tech, platform, or enterprise software
- Has sold a technical product alongside a pre-sales team and can hold a credible conversation on architecture, security, and integration
- Has sold primarily to enterprises in traditionally non-tech, process-driven sectors such as manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, pharma, and automotive
- Demonstrated success selling to both technical buyers and business buyers within the same deal
- Proven record of closing large enterprise deals and growing accounts after the first win
- Comfortable selling vision and value, not just features
- Able to build structure from scratch in an early-stage environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in AI, GenAI, or agentic platforms
- Existing CXO relationships in BFSI or manufacturing
- Experience selling in the Gulf, Japan, or Europe
