This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is paramount. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience by providing prompt and courteous service. Responsibilities Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner Taking orders accurately and promptly Serving food and beverages to customers in an efficient and timely manner Checking patrons’ identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages Maintaining a clean and well‑stocked work area/serving station Making sure all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times Adhering to all safety guidelines when handling food/beverages Processing transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system. Qualifications Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining/hotel restaurant environment preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints diplomatically. Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
