Waiter/waitress

Waiter/Waitress We are hiring skilled and enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a busy restaurant in Ar-Ruwais.
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
Fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escort them to their seats
Present menus and take accurate orders from customers
Serve food and beverages according to company standards
Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system
Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area throughout the shift
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Assist with opening/closing tasks as needed
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
