We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• - Take accurate orders and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
• - Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have
• - Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of orders
• - Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with food and service
• - Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
• - Handle any guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
• - Process payments accurately using POS system
• - Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements

• - Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
• - Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• - Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary

• The starting salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
