Waiter/Waitress at Upscale Restaurant in Ar-Ruwais, Kenya Our upscale restaurant in Ar-Ruwais, Kenya is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while serving food and beverages to our guests. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for foreigners.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and present menus
Take and serve orders promptly
Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to their needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Process payments accurately
Upsell menu items and promote restaurant specials
Requirements:
Prior experience as a waiter/waitress preferred, but not required
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle difficult customers with professionalism
