We are looking for a dynamic energetic and service-oriented Waiter Waitress to join our busy All Day Dining Restaurant . The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service.
What you will be doing
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional friendly and courteous manner
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to established service standards
- Ensure tables are properly set cleaned and maintained throughout service periods
- Handle guest inquiries special requests and complaints efficiently escalating concerns when necessary
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items promotions allergens and outlet operations
- Process guest bills and payments accurately
- Support colleagues during peak meal periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow all hygiene food safety and health amp safety standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure the restaurant is ready for service at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Should have min. 1 year experience in All-Day Dining operations
- Should have a strong F&B Product Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
