We are seeking a team-oriented and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our Indian cuisine restaurant in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests according to their preferences Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or complaints Handle payments and process transactions accurately using the POS system Maintain the cleanliness of tables, dining area, and restrooms Assist with setting up tables for new customers and clearing tables after guests leave Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Requirements
No previous experience required, training will be provided on the job Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus) Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed Accommodation will be provided by the employer (shared room) Visa sponsorship will also be provided by the employer if needed Gender preference for female candidates due to cultural sensitivities
