We are looking for a dynamic energetic and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our busy All Day Dining Restaurant . The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service.
What you will be doing:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional friendly and courteous manner.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to established service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set cleaned and maintained throughout service periods.
- Handle guest inquiries special requests and complaints efficiently escalating concerns when necessary.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items promotions allergens and outlet operations.
- Process guest bills and payments accurately.
- Support colleagues during peak meal periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Follow all hygiene food safety and health & safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure the restaurant is ready for service at all times.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Should have min. 1 year experience in All-Day Dining operations
- Should have a strong F&B Product Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
