What You ll Do
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service during banquet events
- Set up and prepare event venues including tables chairs linen and service stations
- Welcome guests with a warm genuine and professional approach
- Ensure tables and buffet displays are maintained to the highest standards
- Support smooth event operations through teamwork and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness organization and presentation throughout service
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences through every interaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Banquet Waiter/Waitress in a 5-star hotel
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledge of banquet service standards and table settings
- Food Handler Certificate
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Physically able to work on your feet throughout events
