The Waitress is responsible for delivering attentive, professional, and efficient table service to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience. As a core front-of-house role, the Waiter represents the brand on the floor and supports smooth service flow through strong product knowledge, accuracy, and teamwork.
Welcome guests and provide attentive table service throughout the dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and timing
Guide guests through menus and provide recommendations
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests efficiently
Support upselling in line with service standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and service areas
Coordinate with runners, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Support colleagues to maintain service pace during busy periods
Follow hygiene, safety, and service SOPs at all times
Maintain professional grooming and brand representation
Support opening, closing, and side duties as required

1-3 years' experience in a waiter or service role
Strong communication and customer service skills
