Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Web Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our company’s online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for website design and maintenance, digital marketing campaigns, social media management, SEO, content creation, online advertising, and digital performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of web design, digital marketing, graphic design, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple digital activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Design & Website Management
  • Design, develop, update, and maintain the company website.
  • Create responsive and user-friendly web pages for desktop and mobile devices.
  • Update website content, images, products/services, job vacancies, and company information.
  • Ensure website functionality, usability, loading speed, and basic security.
  • Implement basic SEO practices and optimize website content for search engines.
  • Monitor website traffic and performance using relevant analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with external developers or IT providers when required.
• Digital Marketing
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms and overall online presence.
  • Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
  • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns when required.
  • Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies and platforms.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Content & Branding
  • Create and edit marketing materials for digital platforms.
  • Maintain consistency of company branding across the website and social media channels.
  • Work with internal departments to collect information and develop relevant digital content.
  • Assist with presentations, newsletters, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Create content suitable for recruitment, corporate branding, and business promotion.
• Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor website traffic, user engagement, social media performance, leads, and campaign results.
  • Analyze digital marketing data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Prepare periodic website and digital marketing performance reports for management.
  • Recommend improvements based on campaign and website analytics.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Web Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in web design, digital marketing, or a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of website design and content management systems, preferably WordPress.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS; basic JavaScript knowledge is an advantage.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
