CASTAMO is looking for a creative and multi-skilled team member to manage our website, graphic design, social media content, and digital presence , while also supporting showroom customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and update WordPress / WooCommerce websites
- Create and manage product pages, landing pages, banners and website content
- Design social media posts, stories, ads, catalogues and promotional materials
- Create and edit short videos and Reels
- Manage daily Instagram and Facebook content
- Take product photos/videos when required
- Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram and online customer enquiries
- Support basic CRM follow-up and showroom appointments
- Prepare simple moodboards and furniture presentations when needed
Requirements:
- Strong skills in WordPress / WooCommerce
- Social media content creation and video editing
- Good visual and branding sense
- Arabic & English preferred
- Experience in furniture, interiors, retail or lifestyle brands is an advantage
