Role Description The Wellness Therapist & Studio Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering personalized wellness sessions, including fitness guidance, basic physiotherapy support under supervision, and lifestyle coaching aligned with INTEGRIFIT’s holistic programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client assessments, tracking progress, recommending suitable studio services, and ensuring a welcoming, client-focused environment. The Studio Coordinator will manage bookings and schedules, coordinate with trainers and therapists, assist in studio operations, and support workshops or events. The role also includes maintaining documentation, following safety and hygiene standards, and contributing ideas to enhance client experience and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide wellness guidance, conduct fitness and lifestyle assessments, and support personalized client programs.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills for managing schedules, appointments, and studio operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for maintaining records, using scheduling software, and coordinating with the team.
• Relevant education or certification in wellness, fitness, nutrition, physiotherapy, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a wellness center, fitness studio, clinic, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with a proactive, professional, and ethical approach to client care.
