Job Title: Workforce Planning Coordinator

Monthly Pay: $6,200 - $7,000 USD per month

Summary:

Coordinate remote staffing plans for service teams. This full-time associate role supports responsive policyholder service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build weekly staffing forecasts from contact volumes and renewals to maintain responsive service coverage.

• Maintain schedules and intraday adjustments so agent availability matches changing call and message demand.

• Review adherence, absences, and queue trends daily to identify coverage gaps before waits increase.

• Prepare capacity summaries for operations leaders, explaining volume assumptions to guide staffing decisions.

• Coordinate schedule changes with team leads so approved updates reach employees accurately.

• Track forecast results against actual workload to strengthen future coverage recommendations for teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting schedules, staffing plans, or service operations helps establish dependable planning foundations.

• Comfort interpreting volume trends and basic metrics supports sound capacity and staffing recommendations.

• Familiarity with spreadsheets and workforce management platforms helps maintain accurate schedules and forecasts.

• Ability to prioritize shifting requests is valuable when absences and service demand change quickly.

• Clear written communication helps translate staffing findings into practical updates for team leads.

• Associate-level operations or scheduling experience is preferred, while transferable coordination experience remains welcome.
