Our client in Dubai is looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to design, develop, customise and maintain applications across the Zoho ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting and third-party integrations.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop and customise applications across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk and Zoho Analytics.
- Create and maintain advanced Deluge scripts for workflows, functions, validation rules and automation.
- Customise Zoho modules, layouts, fields, blueprints, page layouts, buttons and widgets.
- Build workflows, approval processes, assignment rules, escalation rules and Blueprint automation.
- Develop and manage integrations using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks and third-party services.
- Manage data migration, imports, exports and system synchronisation.
- Create reports, dashboards and analytics to support business requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues, maintain system stability and optimise performance.
- Support code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers where required.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on Zoho development experience.
- Strong experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
- Expert-level proficiency in Deluge scripting.
- Proven experience with Zoho APIs, RESTful services and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, workflows and automation.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, data modelling and SQL concepts.
- Strong communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai.
Desirable traits:
- Zoho CRM Developer and/or Zoho Creator Developer certification.
- Experience delivering enterprise-level Zoho implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum ways of working.
- Exposure to Zoho implementations across multiple business functions or industries.
