Who we are

At Kitchen Park, our mission is centered on enhancing affordability, quality, and convenience for all. By repurposing underutilized properties into smart, fully equipped kitchens, we empower restaurateurs to thrive in the evolving food delivery landscape while delivering better experiences to customers and local communities.

We offer customized kitchen spaces designed for modern chefs and restaurant owners looking to tap into or scale within the delivery market. Our facilities support the production of virtually all cuisine types and can be tailored in both layout and equipment to meet specific operational needs. As our partners grow, we grow with them—providing flexible solutions that support expansion at every stage.

About Future Foods

Future Foods is North America’s leader in restaurant virtual brands, generating tens of millions of dollars in annual revenue for restaurant operators. We help existing restaurants unlock new revenue streams by launching delivery-only virtual brands using their current space, equipment, labour, and inventory, with no additional operational overhead.

Following our success in North America, Future Foods launched in the UAE in June and has been experiencing rapid month-on-month growth. As part of KitchenPark, we benefit from an established network of restaurant partners and a strong growth ecosystem.

To support our expansion across the UAE, we are looking for a Founding Account Executive to drive new partnerships, grow our restaurant network, and help build Future Foods’ presence in the region.

What you’ll do

As our Founding Account Executive, you will own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling to pitching restaurant operators, closing deals, and handing over new partners for onboarding.

You will leverage warm leads from KitchenPark’s existing network while actively sourcing and acquiring new independent restaurants and restaurant groups across the UAE.

• Drive New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, cold call, and meet restaurant owners and operators across the UAE to secure new partnerships.
• Leverage Existing Networks: Generate opportunities by expanding Future Foods’ presence within KitchenPark’s existing customer base.
• Pitch Future Foods: Communicate the value proposition clearly, demonstrating how virtual brands help restaurant operators generate additional revenue using existing kitchen capacity.
• Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Own the sales pipeline from initial outreach and qualification through negotiations, closing, and onboarding handover.
• Build Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with restaurant owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Build and Improve the Sales Playbook: Work closely with leadership to refine sales scripts, objection handling, prospecting strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently work towards acquisition, revenue, and partnership growth targets.

What we’re looking for

• Food & Restaurant Enthusiast: Genuine passion for the F&B scene, culinary trends, and helping local restaurant owners succeed.
• Relentless Hunter Mentality: High energy, self-motivated, and genuinely excited by cold outreach, door‑knocking, and closing deals.
• B2B Sales Track Record: 1+ years experience in B2B sales. Experience working at a major food delivery aggregator in the Middle East or for a reputable restaurant group is highly preferred.
• Growth Mindset: Thrives in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment; excited by ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a founding footprint.
• Mobility & Presence: Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• In-Office Commitment: Ability to work full‑time from our office 5 days a week, balancing structured office work with in‑person client visits across the UAE.

Why join us

• Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast! In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030.
• Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
• Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you’ll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer’s success.
