Sama Trust is looking for freelance brokers and independent business development partners who can bring translation projects and new clients to the company. IMPORTANT: This is not a salaried position. There is no fixed monthly salary. Compensation is exclusively commission-based and will be paid on each successfully confirmed, completed, and paid translation project.
Responsibilities
- Identify individuals and companies that require professional translation services
- Introduce potential clients and translation projects to Sama Trust
- Follow up with prospective clients until the project is confirmed
- Build relationships with law firms, medical centres, immigration consultants, corporate offices, government-services businesses, and other organisations that regularly require translation services
- Communicate professionally and accurately represent Sama Trust

Requirements & Skills
- Previous sales, brokerage, business development, or client-acquisition experience is preferred but not required
- An existing professional or business network is an advantage
- Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally
