Job Brief:

Join our team as an Account Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in elevating partnerships with our healthcare clients. DME Service Solutions seeks an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will exhibit top-notch presentation, communication, and critical-thinking skills and have thorough experience in BPO healthcare. The Account Executive will work closely with the marketing teams to target and develop new business opportunities to drive the company's growth and success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prospecting new sales by cold-calling businesses.
• Identify and establish connections with potential clients with a focus on selling BPO services
• Focus on moving prospects through the sales funnel from a potential lead to a client.
• Understand and clearly communicate BPO service offerings through effective presentations, emails, and communications.
• Understand the benefits of leveraging outsourcing solutions.
• Ability to listen and grasp clients’ needs and suggest practical solutions.
• Meet and/or exceed revenue quotas and sales objectives.
• Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Meeting with other executives to discuss clients’ project goals, progress, and outcomes.
• Reporting and recording all sales activities in a CRM system.
• Entertain prospects, attend industry functions/outings, and travel as needed for introductory and discovery meetings.

Job Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of B2b sales experience involving detailed solution selling
• Minimum of 3 years working in the CX/BPO industry
• Minimum of 3 years working in the healthcare industry, preferred RCM setting.
• Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management
• Familiarity with contact center delivery models, Headcount, FTE, productivity-based billing
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities, including the capacity to work under pressure.
