Role Description As an Accounting Intern at LAMENEE, you will support the finance team with daily accounting operations in a remote work setting. You will assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, recording journal entries, and reconciling accounts under the guidance of senior team members. The role includes working with accounting software to input and verify data, helping maintain accurate financial records, and supporting basic financial reporting. You will also contribute to analytical tasks such as variance analysis, simple financial metrics, and documentation for audits or internal reviews. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on learning, professional mentorship, and exposure to financial processes within a brand-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Financial Statements and Finance.
• Candidates should possess skills in using Accounting Software and recording Journal Entries (Accounting).
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and attention to numerical detail.
• Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work remotely with a team.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or similar tools) and a willingness to learn new systems is beneficial.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and the ability to manage time and tasks in a remote environment are advantageous.
