About the TeamWe are the Employee Mobility & Workplace Service Products Team under the Corporate Information Systems department. Our core mission is to serve ByteDance's global internal office scenarios as the standard-setter for AI-native applications and the driver of globally consistent experiences — we both build flagship AI application scenarios in-house and, using a full-scope evaluation suite as our measurement foundation, drive functional and experiential parity between CN and non-CN regions across core scenarios. Every feature you ship here is backed by the real, everyday usage and feedback of ByteDance employees worldwide.

ResponsibilitiesHere, you'll be deeply involved in the entire journey of an enterprise AI product — from idea to launch:

1. Drive AI Agent product planning and design: shape core capabilities such as agent building from 0 to 1, turning cutting‑edge technology into a genuinely usable product experience;
2. Uncover the real needs of enterprise users: distill users' core pain points through interviews, data analysis, and behavioral insights, and drive them into the product;
3. Build and continuously refine the evaluation system: create AI capability evaluation sets, keep track of product effectiveness and model performance, and use data to drive the iteration of both capability and experience;
4. Explore AI application innovation: stay on top of industry trends and experiment with new approaches in office automation, knowledge management, content generation, and more — turning good ideas into real features.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above; majors such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Management preferred (strong hands‑on AI experience from non-CS backgrounds is equally welcome);
• Clear logical thinking, self‑driven, and user‑value oriented; able to think from the user's perspective to solve problems, with strong communication and cross‑team collaboration skills;
• Genuine passion for AI products and a habit of following the latest developments in the LLM / Agent space.

Preferred Qualification

• Relevant internship or project experience in AI products;
• Familiar with AI / Agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Coze; hands‑on experience building agents or AI applications, along with demos or a portfolio.
