We are team of young and energetic Architects and professionals, intend to develop designs which will have commitment towards the nature and the society.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Studio Manager at Archespaco located in Trivandrum. The Studio Manager will participate in Managing, the Architectural studio, designing and developing architectural projects from concept through construction. Will be responsible for collaborating with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that design and construction are completed in accordance with plans and specifications. The Studio Manager will be responsible for managing the Architectural studio creating project drawings, detailing construction plans, and reviewing contract documents while working alongside a team of Architects and Designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and other design software
• Experience in building detailing, specifications, and construction administration
• Experience in managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in sustainable design, models for energy use, and passive design techniques is a plus
• National Council of Architecture Registration is a plus
• Ability to take project independently and work in as team when required.
