Associate Logistics Services Representative

Boeing Qatar Incorporated Boeing Global Services is seeking an Associate Logistics Services Representative to assist in our maintenance efforts at Al Udeid Air Force Base, Qatar. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Al Udeid Air Force Base, Qatar. Field Operations employees may be required to relocate to another Field Operations location based on customer and/or management requirements.

Position Responsibilities

• Inventory management
• Repair cycle, packaging, handling, shipping & transportation (PHS&T)
• Demand processing, material distribution, acquiring resources, and assist in providing technical processes to deliver statement of work deliverables.
• Perform tasks to the standards of the contractual and cultural requirements.
• Coordinate transportation from domestic/international military, and maintenance teams.

You are applying for a Field Operations position where our employees must be willing and able (potentially short notice) to travel to a variety of locations (domestic and/or international) to meet our customers unique requirements.

Specific contracts supported by Field Operations could require employees to perform a deployment to a US DOD contingency operation. Employees associated with these specific contracts must be able to pass military contractor health standards for deployment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Experience in logistics, supply support, supply chain and/or military supply experience. 5+ years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics and/or transportation logistics for a large company or as a third-party logistics manager 5+ years of experience with warehouse operations.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Field Operations experience is preferred. International customer Field Support experience in the Middle East is preferred. Aviation logistics background, preferably F series or Air Force Logistics.
