Pay Range: Direct Hire, $136-$250k (dependent on years of experience/determined ultimately by client)

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Active CPA certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (or higher)
- 5+ years of accounting, finance, audit, or assurance experience
- 3+ years leading audit engagements and managing teams
- Experience managing large, distributed teams in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Job Description
- Lead and oversee audit engagements and financial assurance projects
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Associate Analysts
- Review audit workpapers, reporting processes, and supporting documentation
- Identify audit risks, financial anomalies, and potential findings
- Perform and oversee audit procedures, financial analysis, and data analytics
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Serve as a primary client-facing contact throughout engagements
- Ensure timely delivery of audit, accounting, and financial reporting work products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
