Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently adhering to company recipes and standards Engage with guests in a friendly professional and knowledgeable manner providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar area including glassware spirits mixers and garnishes Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act responsibly to ensure guest safety and compliance with all licensing regulations Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system Assist with inventory management including stocking rotating and ordering supplies Adhere to all health safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate effectively with other front-of-house and back-of-house team members to ensure seamless service Job Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Relevant bartending certification or training is a plus. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
