Bilingual Indonesian Psychologist (PhD)

Role Overview

Apply PhD-level psychology expertise and bilingual Indonesian-English communication skills to help improve AI systems through high-quality evaluations, culturally grounded scenarios, and professional feedback. This remote contract role focuses on translating real-world psychological knowledge into training materials and assessments. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced feedback informed by professional experience.
• Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Indonesian and English for data enrichment and model training.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
• Interpret and refine psychological assessments while preserving meaning across languages and cultural contexts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support effective solutions for diverse user needs.
• Document evaluation methods and findings clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.

Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology and demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
• Native or near-native fluency in Indonesian and English, including the ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both languages.
• Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with sound ethical decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating nuanced psychological concepts between Indonesian and English.
• Cultural sensitivity, adaptability in multicultural settings, and effective interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Comfort using digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $100 to $200 per hour.
