Job Overview An opportunity is available for a BIM MEP Modeler to contribute to building services modeling and coordination activities in Lusail, Qatar. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, with proficiency in Revit MEP and Auto CAD.
The role involves preparing and coordinating MEP models and technical drawings while supporting clash detection and BIM coordination activities. The candidate will work with multidisciplinary project teams to help identify design conflicts, improve coordination, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Support clash detection activities and help resolve coordination conflicts.
Review model information and drawings for consistency and accuracy.
Incorporate design revisions and project updates into BIM models.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders to support project delivery.
Follow applicable project BIM standards, documentation procedures, and coordination requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
Relevant experience in BIM MEP modeling.
Proficiency in Revit MEP and Auto CAD.
Experience preparing and coordinating MEP models and drawings.
Knowledge of clash detection and BIM coordination processes.
