Job Opportunity: Hybrid BCBA – Join the To the Moon ABA Therapy Team
To the Moon ABA Therapy is a woman-owned, BCBA-owned ABA organization built around a simple belief: quality care should come first.
We are intentionally a small organization . We are not focused on becoming the largest ABA provider or taking on as many clients as possible. Instead, we are focused on building a company where we can remain connected to our clients, families, and employees while providing the level of clinical oversight and individualized care that every family deserves.
We are looking for a passionate, ethical, and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work across clinic-based, home-based, and telehealth services , providing flexibility while allowing you to gain experience across different service models.
Why To the Moon?
We believe that the quality of care our clients receive is directly connected to how our employees are treated.
At To the Moon, we strive to create an environment where:
- Quality comes before quantity. Clinical decisions should be based on what is appropriate for each individual client, not simply productivity targets or caseload volume.
- Small is intentional. Remaining a smaller organization allows leadership to stay involved, accessible, and responsive.
- Work-life balance matters. We want our BCBAs to build sustainable careers while still having time for their families, interests, and lives outside of work.
- Fairness and equality matter. We strive to maintain clear expectations and treat employees consistently, respectfully, and equitably.
- Your clinical judgment matters. We want BCBAs to have the autonomy to make thoughtful clinical decisions while knowing they have leadership support when they need it.
- Communication goes both ways. Questions, concerns, feedback, and ideas are welcome. We believe employees should feel comfortable communicating openly with leadership.
- Families are an important part of treatment. We value meaningful caregiver involvement and respect each family's individual circumstances, priorities, and goals.
- Professional growth should be supported. We want our clinicians to continue learning and developing without feeling like they have to sacrifice their work-life balance to do so.
- People should be recognized. We believe clinical excellence, teamwork, reliability, and genuine care for our clients and one another should be acknowledged.
We are continuing to grow, but we are committed to growing thoughtfully without losing the relationships, responsiveness, and quality standards that make a small organization special.
If you are looking for a highly corporate environment with multiple layers of management and limited day-to-day connection with leadership, we may not be the right fit. If you are looking for a close-knit, clinician-led organization where your voice matters and the quality of your work is valued , we'd love to hear from you.
