You are the co-leader of Le Caf LPM alongside the Brand Executive Chef - each owning a distinct remit You are the business guardian of the brand the operations the people and the performance - starting in Dubai and scaling across every market we enter You execute the CEO s strategy and report directly to him

• strong You own the P amp L drive profitability and maintain tight control over costs and inventory - across existing locations and into future projects pre-openings budgets and reinvestment decisions

REPORT TO

Chief Executive Officer 6-8 years in brand management, concept development, or multi-site F&B operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record leading cross-functional teams, managing new openings, dealing with landlords, managing Architects, Interior designers, project managers and while maintaining brand integrity across markets. Financially literate, culturally fluent, and comfortable operating across international markets. Mobility is essential.
