- Map current and future-state business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design of practical, client-focused solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements-gathering sessions to align business needs with project objectives.
- Support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, including solution validation, user acceptance testing, change management, and implementation.
- Use approved AI tools and automation, where appropriate, to support requirements analysis, documentation, and process improvement, ensuring outputs are reviewed, validated, and aligned with responsible AI guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst within financial services, consulting, or a relevant business transformation environment.
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, requirements management, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working across business and technology teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Curiosity about AI-enabled ways of working, with an understanding of the importance of human judgement, data confidentiality, appropriate review, and escalation when using AI-generated outputs.
