Launch 513 is expanding in Cincinnati, and we're looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our team as Business Leadership Trainees .

This position is designed for individuals who want more than a traditional entry-level job. You'll learn how a growing organization operates from the ground up—developing experience in customer acquisition, sales, team development, campaign management, leadership, and business operations .

No previous management experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching throughout your development.

What You'll Do

Your training will begin with learning the fundamentals of our business and client campaigns. Responsibilities include:

• Represent client products and services through face-to-face customer interactions
• Learn customer acquisition, sales, and relationship-building strategies
• Develop strong communication and presentation skills
• Understand how individual performance contributes to overall campaign growth
• Track goals, results, and key performance metrics
• Participate in daily coaching and leadership development
• Learn how to train, mentor, and motivate new team members
• Assist with campaign execution and team performance
• Develop foundational skills in business operations and project management
• Take on increased leadership responsibilities as you progress
