The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for employees, visitors, and customers.**Key Responsibilities*** Clean and sanitize designated areas including offices, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.* Perform dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing of floors and surfaces.* Clean ceiling vents, windows, fixtures, and furniture as required.* Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumables in designated areas.* Carry out periodic deep-cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects.* Conduct routine inspections of facilities and report maintenance issues, damages, or repair requirements.* Perform minor adjustments and basic repair tasks when necessary.* Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper usage and storage.* Keep supply rooms organized and adequately stocked at all times.* Follow company policies, health regulations, and workplace safety procedures.* Work cooperatively with colleagues and support team efforts to maintain a clean and professional environment.* Ensure all cleaning activities are completed according to established schedules and quality standards.**Qualifications & Requirements*** Proven experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or in a similar role.* Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, products, and safe handling procedures.* Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and workplace safety practices.* Good physical condition with the ability to perform strenuous cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.* Honest, dependable, and trustworthy with a positive work attitude.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* High School Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.**Skills & Competencies*** Time management and organizational skills.* Attention to detail.* Reliability and punctuality.* Good communication skills.* Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.* Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.**Working Conditions*** May require standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive physical activities.* May involve working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.* Flexible work hours, including weekends or shifts, may be required depending on operational needs.**Objective:** To ensure that all company facilities are maintained in a clean, hygienic, safe, and presentable condition at all times.
