The Opportunity
A global professional services organization is seeking an experienced Temporary Commercial Contracts Attorney for a temporary assignment expected to last approximately three months, with the possibility of extension. The position is hybrid in New York City: three days onsite; two days remote. The compensation is $70-$80 hourly, with benefits.
Primary Duties
The Temporary Commercial Contracts Attorne y will independently manage a busy contracting workload, negotiate with counterparties, advise business teams, and handle a variety of technology and operational agreements. Typical matters may include technology-related agreements, licensing, consulting arrangements, publishing/content agreements, and other operational contracts. The attorney also will work with existing contract templates and internal legal resources, help improve contracting processes and technology, and provide legal guidance to non-legal business teams.
